Now is the time to ask politicians to back the NEU campaign for a fully funded, above-inflation pay rise for every sixth form college teacher.

The money is there to resolve the dispute, but the government is failing our colleges, by not confirming that they can use additional funding for staff pay.

We want the government to take responsibility and ensure that all sixth form college teachers receive the same pay award.

We need to make sure that MPs hear this message loud and clear.
